About the job:
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Johor (Outer JB) and will report to the Territory Manager.
Sales team management role, responsible for overall delivery of sales targets for its assigned territory
Support the sales management team in planning, execution and management of sales acquisition strategies
Exhibit strong data analytic skills to monitor and manage team performance, able to deep-dive into root causes for key successes and failures in sales performance
Derive and propose territory specific business development plans to achieve sales excellence
Review sales pipeline planning for its reporting BDs including lead management monitoring
Reallocates zone demarcation among its reporting BDs to ensure sufficient sales coverage opportunities among the team
Responsible to champion the team towards onboarding quality vendors (e.g. ensure vendor growth by securing deals, proper menu description and appropriate photos, etc)
Solve complex sales related problems for its sales team, takes a new perspective on existing sales execution plans to constantly improve productivity and efficiency
May lead smaller scale sales related projects, owning overall accountability for deliverables
Mentors and coaches BDs to achieve its assigned targets; conduct regular team catch-up to check-in on team members morale, wellbeing, and overall team productivity
Together with Head of Sales, building and updating target lists for sales, identifying the priority restaurants/companies in line with the strategy of the company.
Gathering intelligence on competitors and producing analysis out of that research.
Define improvements to simplify and automate Sales process within the Salesforce platform.
Who are we looking for?
Fluent in English language and Salesforce knowledge is a must!
Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
Demonstrate problem solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets
Analytical, number-oriented, attention to details and strong organizational skills
Independent and highly motivated fast learner
Positive attitude with good communication skills
Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
