Job Description Develop and update training manuals and materialsPresent theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessionsConduct assessments of candidates on all electrical equipmentIdentify, analyse, plan and implement training needsTraining evaluation and administrationOperational and technical support with close working co-operation with Bevtech Electrical Engineers to keep abreast with technologyClose interface with trainees and regular consultation with stakeholdersJob RequirementsBe a Qualified Electrical Artisan and / or Electronic MechanicianHave a tertiary qualification of at least N6 or T3 in Electrical EngineeringHave extensive experience in Line controls and line management systems Process and service equipment AC & DC Drives and Analogs experience Siemens PLC Programming experience Two piece can or end making environment Have the ability to write training materialBe committed to quality and be prepared to meet high work standardsBe pro-active and innovativePrevious Training/facilitation experience will be an advantageHave good interpersonal and excellent communication skills Be client service orientedBe computer literate in Microsoft Office and have good administration skillsHave a logical approach to problem solving and quality analysis abilitiesBe dynamic, energetic and vibrant individual who is willing to learn, share knowledge and work closely with plant teamsMust have a drivers license, be willing to travelling frequently sometimes to various Nampak facilities locally and abroad
