The success of the role will rely on your ability to manage multiple admin tasks and responsibilities, as well as help spot opportunities.Most important, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING / KEY SKILLS:Primarily providing administrative support to the Senior Account Management team.Assisting with all account management admin tasks including, but not limited to, recruitment assistance for new accounts/new roles, loading of information into recruitment portal, drafting of agreements, assistance with new starters onboarding.Managing account teams by fostering a constructive work environment and teamwork and building initiatives when needed.Building and growing good relationships with clients and internal teams based on trust, credibility and professional respect.Regularly reporting to the PD/GAD in order to keep them sufficiently updated and informed on the daily operations of the account to help plot the way forward.Understanding client's business and helping generate new ideas to enhance client development.Extracting information from the client comms and updating into our proprietary system.Inputting briefs for new resources into recruitment team and driving the recruitment process.Updating weekly reports with data extracted from systems.Liaising with Project Directors and Account Managers to handle requests and queries from Senior Managers and clientsAssisting on project briefings and support where required.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:General admin experience within agency environment.Billing experience (Working with PO's/Invoices/Sales Orders etc.).Excel experience (Basic formulas, any commercial management preferred).Client facing experience.Junior PM experience.Detail and solutions-based mindset.Bonus points for Salesforce platform experience.Industry and category knowledge: Demonstrating an understanding of advertising industry and category.Client relationship management: Ability to sustain a healthy client relationship.Client development: Growing new and existing clients.Work structure & management: Planning and executing of work in a timely and efficient manner.Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to work together and lead in teams.Have previous experience working in an administrative role or similar.Be confident in using Excel, Power Point and Word (and any other software which is a necessity).Be great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what's really important, as you will have competing demands on your time.Be extremely organised and able to meet the deadlines.Have strong numeracy and attention to detail it's essential as you can spot any mistakes as they come up.Have strong communication skills and be able to build great relationships with different people across our agency.Have the ability to quickly adapt to different situations and to be flexible.Be able to work well in a team as well as on your own.YOU'LL HAVE:Min 3 years' experience in Account Management within an agency preferably.A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT US:MORE is a global production portal, part of the Inside Ideas Group.
