Our Learning - Sales group is hiring a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our remote-based, E-Learning Renewals team working across a vast US Territory. Reporting to the VP, Learning Renewals, the Enterprise Account Manager will be primarily responsible for serving as a risk management and compliance advisor and managing our existing client base, driving the adoption and optimization of the tool, and meeting/exceeding renewals, upsells, and cross-sells sales targets. The Enterprise Account Manager will work collaboratively with our global, internal teams, particularly, new business sales, professional services, and product management to enable effective client implementations as well as ongoing support and satisfaction.
