Our client is a leading leisure facility operator within the UK with over 100 sites nationally. They are currently looking for a skilled administrator to support their amazing Recruitment & Onboarding team (HR) team with all general HR queries and procedures. As a People Administrator, you will be working as part of a large, busy, fast-paced team, displaying you strong administrator experience within a lovely team.
As a skilled People Administrator your main duties will include:
*Managing stakeholders to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner, meeting service levels and customer expectations
*Preparing paperwork or job advert postings to a high-standard
*Developing rapport with candidates and internal customers quickly, building trust and delivering on promises
*Managing your own caseload within the HR case management system, ensuring that all relevant transactions are recorded and actioned appropriately
*Checking relevant HR systems for updates on pre-employment checks and the recruitment process
*Ensuring the candidate and hiring manager journey is seamless by working closely with the other teams
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving business and will ideally suit someone who has strong MS Office skills and and eye for detail. The ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy will be key. You'll need impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, offering both office (based in Epsom) and remote working.
