Office Administrator required for this 6 month temporary position, working for this global technology company located in Cambourne.
Key responsibilities:- Managing the day to day operations of the office
- Managing agreements with vendors including landlord, cleaners etc
- HR Admin - new starter onboarding, references, advertising.
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Shipping admin
- Booking travel
- Submitting invoices
- Assisting with adhoc facilities
Your skills/experience:- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary: £25-35,000pa pro rata
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Location: Cambourne
