Office and HR Administrator

Office Administrator required for this 6 month temporary position, working for this global technology company located in Cambourne.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the day to day operations of the office
  • Managing agreements with vendors including landlord, cleaners etc
  • HR Admin - new starter onboarding, references, advertising.
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Shipping admin
  • Booking travel
  • Submitting invoices
  • Assisting with adhoc facilities

Your skills/experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary: £25-35,000pa pro rata
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Location: Cambourne
