Electrical Contracts Manager

An award-winning housing association are looking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee a social housing testing contract.
This is a home-based role with site visits across the North West (including Cheshire, Liverpool & Manchester).
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Electrical Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing electrical packages across the North West Region.
Managing electrical services contracts.
Site surveys, inspections and meetings.
Ensuring the projects are completed on time and to budget.
Previously worked as an Electrical Manager, Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager.
Level 3 Electrical Qualifications and up to date Regulations (18th Edition).
Previous experience within social housing is required.
The successful Electrical Contracts Manager will be offered:
A permanent position.
£40-000 - 45,000.
Agile home-based working.
0.45p per mile business mileage.
Enhanced pension scheme (match up to 8%).
