Person Specification KS2 Teacher / KS2 ECT

Must have UK QTS

For ECTs - Placement experience within KS2 required

Excellent record of written feedback from observations / performance management

Excellent subject knowledge & ability todifferentiate

Passionate, positive& team player required

Confident &strong classroom managementskills
