Gemini Accountancy Recruitment are proud to be working with an established accountancy firm to appoint a Part Time Book Keeper & Wage Clerk to work out of their office in their Leicester office.
Our client provides a wide range of services to businesses and individuals, mainly either in the East and West Midlands. The firm has been well established trading for over 20 years and has approximately 10 staff and has seen significant year on year growth.
Applicants will be required to carryout general book keeping duties to include Customer Invoices, Supplier Invoices, Bank Reconciliation, and VAT Returns as well as generating monthly reports and collecting monies on outstanding invoices.
- Counting daily takings and reconcile them against reports generated
- Preparing money to be bank
- Processing payroll on a monthly basis
- Answering the telephone
- General admin duties
All applicants must have experience with SAGE Accounts and SAGE Payroll. Please state you SAGE experience when applying.
