Are you a Graduate Building Surveyor who lives in Potters Bar? A multi-discipline practice in Potters Bar is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to the team. The personable consultancy has over 25 surveyors across the department. The division operates within the residential, education and commercial sectors. Projects are located within Hertfordshire and Greater London and range between £150k - £2million.
The role:
This is a traditional building surveying role which encompasses both professional and project disciplines. You will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councilor with schemes from inception to completion. The division is working across the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. Refurbishment, maintenance and repairs on housing and schools structures are typical responsibilities the team undertakes.

Graduate Building Surveyor:
- BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Full UK driver's licence
