Senior Technology Trainer

My client, a leading Global Law firm are looking to add to the Global Technology Training function and add a Senior Technology Trainer to the London office. The team are looking to expand its Business As Usual training services and develop a blended portfolio.

For the next year, the successful individual will be:

Undertaking training needs analysis for 20% of the offices and develop a training plan to meet the requirements this include courses, material and supporting communications

Delivering courses as part of our refreshed BAU schedule

Developing e-learning to support our content accessibility goals

Supporting the adoption efforts for Workplace and iManage in 2022/2023

The team made up of anIT Training Manager, IT Training Supervisor and two IT Trainers.
