Finance Assistant

The Role:

As part of our Finance Department within our Glasgow Head Office, the Finance Assistant will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing the best service possible to its stakeholders.

Responsibilities in the fast-paced role include:

• Processing of credit card statements in SAP Concur and posting of journals into the Finance ledger system.
• Concur Maintenance - setting up of new users, removing leavers and linking new credit cards.
• Managing the credit card mailbox.
• Distribution of monthly credit card statements to the cardholders.
• Assisting with other cash team responsibilities including daily banking, cash allocation, bank reconciliations and cashflow analysis.

About you:

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience of working in a high volume, fast paced finance department.
• Be a strong communicator with sound organisational skills.
• Have a high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience of Infor M3 ERP System or SAP Concur would be highly advantageous but not essential.
