Roles and Responsibility

• As a Delphi developer, you will understand, analyze and implement the requirements
• Create products using knowledge in Delphi VCL Framework and Libraries, OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns
• Design, development, and testing of new features in the applications
• Design & implement DevOps Best practices, establish standards and policies for managing source code and continuous integration/delivery
• Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
• Strong debugging skills
• Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum/Kanban deliveries
• Experience in working with the international environment
• Exhibit excellent team spirit and good communication
• Experience with SCRUM, Final Builder, Install shield, Inno Setup, VSTS, GIT, etc
• Experience with Delphi 10.4 / 11 / XE2v16, SQL Server, SQL profiler, DevExpress, Object-oriented programing, clean code, Design
• Candidate need to comply with applicable Information security responsibilities.
