Weekly Housekeeping 4-5hours Each Time

Row house is 3-floors 2700 SF total, but third floor is empty for use by guest. So cleaning is for two floors, about 1500 SF. one single mother and one 13-year-old girl.

I need regular cleaning, one bathroom and one powder room, kitchen floor, vacuum carpets, clean wood floors, and dusting as needed. May ask to help with organizing to help sorting older unused toys snd clothing .
No laundry.

I'm looking for someone who is flexible, speaks good English, with attention to detail.

On weekends, there id parking space in the alley.

We have one friendly 2-year-old cat.
