We are adding a Part-Time Marketing Operations/ Automation Specialist to the team to advance our capabilities and help build the tech stack, processes and reporting that will unlock our full potential. This position can be remote.

The Role

  • The core of the role is to optimize the marketing infrastructure which will provide the tools and the data to continually improve our marketing programs and therefore the quality and efficiency of our funnel
  • Your day-to-day will include:
  • Developing the marketing automation engine to enable integrated campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
  • Working as part of the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase response rates, engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation
  • Executing and optimizing customer and prospect journeys
  • Tracking and reporting on all marketing activities with analysis and recommendations for improvements
  • Helping to build out marketing attribution to support ROI analysis
  • Deploying A/B tests in different channels
  • Configuring list segmentations and creating landing pages and forms for marketing campaigns
  • Helping build new lead-scoring capabilities
  • Developing seamless tracking between marketing automation tools and Salesforce to enable full-funnel transparency and tracking for both Sales and Marketing teams
  • Developing tracking methodologies and taxonomies to measure marketing performance, which informs and optimizes marketing investments in channel strategy across advertising, web, search, social, email, events, and more
  • Staying current on new and existing MarTech tools, making recommendations as to how to build our tech stack in a thoughtful way to enhance revenue

Part-Time Expectations

  • Ability to work 20 hours a week
  • Part-Time work must be done during regular working hours (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Must Haves

  • Minimum 4 years in a B2B marketing operations or marketing automation role
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and excellent understanding of how to integrate marketing automation platforms with Salesforce
  • High level of skill and experience managing marketing automation platforms (at least one of Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo)
  • Experience of adding to or replacing tools in a martech stack
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Curious and challenging mindset with a highly proactive approach
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Plusses:
    • Experience running/managing ABM campaigns
    • Knowledge of HTML

Base Compensation

Base Compensation Range: $30/hr - $36/hr
