We have 3 adorable children, ages 4. 5, 2. 5 and 1 month. We need help mostly with the baby but may also need some help with the older two

Right now my job is somewhat flexible but I need someone to help watch the baby while I work. In a few months Ill have a more set schedule and will need someone full time.
