Assistant Chef

Assist in preparing 3 meals a day in a newly renovated kitchen and dining hall for a creative community of 60 residents. Get to know local farmers, bakers and producers while using their ingredients to create fresh and exciting meals. Must be able to collaboratively plan menus based on seasonal ingredients, eating restrictions and allergies, prepare meat proteins and vegetable dishes and be available to work nights, weekends and/or early mornings.
