Seeking an Executive Chef for a successful independent restaurant in Woodinville.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and innovative thinker who can manage a BOH team and work closely with the GM to execute a high standard of food and service. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ordering product within a budget
Working closely with Sous Chef to execute standards
Manage a BOH team
Scheduling of BOH team
Creative menu production
Drive Health Department standards
Oversee hiring, training, & staff retention
