IT Customer Systems Support Student
ASU Enterprise Partners, a private, nonprofit organization comprised of five subsidiaries that raise, create and invest resources for Arizona State University, is seeking an IT Customer Systems Support Student for our Technology & Solutions team.
The IT Customer Systems Support student serves as a key contributor to our IT Customer Support services. The successful candidate for this position will perform a variety of activities necessary to provide laptop, desktop, hardware, and software application support to end users and patrons to ensure proper and effective technology operations at ASU Enterprise Partners.
This position is for 20 hours per week, between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Student may work additional hours during school breaks and over the summer.

A current student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in a related field with a willingness to learn and ability to work well with others. Student must be willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement.
Ability to deal with multiple priorities, interruptions, and related stress.
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts. May be required to perform tasks in the field within and/or across University campuses. Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions. This position may require some early mornings and evenings to accommodate meetings and events. This position currently requires you to work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with Monday and Friday optional remote days.

This position will require a desktop computer, desk telephone, a mobile communication device ($30 bi-weekly payroll reimbursement).
