Act as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes. Lead business process workshops/CRPs and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining
relevant processes. Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions and Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream. Identify potential
issues using a deep knowledge of the product and the
clients requirements. Implement issue solutions and consistently test across different environments to prove success. Responsible for successful testing of fully developed
solution including User
Acceptance Testing. Develop training material and host live change management sessions to educate system end users. Document and track customer product enhancement requests and
discovered bugs. Coordinate with Oracle for SRs, new product releases, upgrades/
patches/fixes. Utilize Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management, Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management and Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. Required:
Master's degree or equivalent (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Support Consultant or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management, Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits, Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management and Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
