Customer Service Adviser

Our client, a well-established and industry-leading global company who is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Adviser to join their team on a full-time, contract basis for a period up until July 2022.

This is a fantastic role for someone with experience in a customer service-related environment, working closely as part of a team who are seeking someone who is used to speaking with customers on a daily basis both over the phone and via email, assisting with Administrative duties at the same time.

This is a role that will run through until the end of July 2022, working on a full-time basis Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect customer information and data, recording on it accurately

- Use customer details and historic data to arrange quotes

- Support the sales team with their client communications

- Ensure customer quotations and renewals are processed accurately

- Analyse customer needs and share feedback wit the team

This is a fantastic opportunity or someone with experience in customer service and administration to join a fantastic team on a contract basis, working Monday-Friday, full-time.

You will be rewarded with a good basic salary and the opportunity to achieve a bonus by the end of the contract, dependent on team targets met.

This is a fully-remote home-based role working for a global business who are leaders within their field.
