The primary focus of the business is to help build high-growth Amazon businesses for B2B and B2C brands.

Senior Amazon Account Manager

As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will be accountable for the success of some of our clients largest strategic clients within Amazon across the UK, Europe and beyond. You'll live and breathe Amazon and the values of our client, own what you do, and make a real positive impact.

The role:

Take ownership and accountability for your assigned Amazon clients to drive growth and maturity within Amazon.

Work with your clients to deliver an exceptional level of service, retention and growth opportunities.

Create strategies and tactics that deliver on clients goals and objectives including sales, profitability and brand awareness.

Follow our strategies for Amazon to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients.

Listing creation and on-going listing management to increase rankings, product views and conversion of products on Amazon, including competitor monitoring, review generation and Buy box monitoring.

Amazon marketing management including the creation, management and optimisation of product, brand and display campaigns.

Work directly with clients on their stock management to drive sales and maintain account KPI's.

Produce regular reports for your clients to show the commercial performance of their products on Amazon.

Continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in all things Amazon.

About you:

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts either for a brand, retailer or company.

Ability to manage and drive the strategic performance of large Amazon accounts.

Excellent grasp on Amazon metrics and commercial management of them.

Great at building long-lasting relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

A desire to learn, mastering client strategies and tactics to deliver sustainable growth.

Experience of tools such as Seller Legend, Helium 10 or Sellics is an advantage, as is company experience.

This is a fully remote position with some requirements for physical meetings within the UK. Candidates ideally should be UK based; however, we will always consider global candidates with the right level of expertise, attitude, and experience.
