Part Time HR Administrator

* Part time hours 17.5 per week

My client is a household name. An incredibly large charity with an international reach. They have an office in central London near to Westminster but will support remote working too

We are looking for a senior HR Administrator to assist with a major change project. We are looking for somebody to join the busy team ASAP until March 2022. We would be particularly interested to hear from candiates who have experience of restructuring projects

Duties will include

* Running reports in Excel using V-Look Ups
* Organising mail merges
* Updating organagrams / team charts
* Arranging meetings and taking minutes
* Assisting the HRBP with administrative and project support tasks

About you

* Available to start ASAP and to commit for at least 3 months
* Strong Excel skills including V-Look UPs
* Advanced Word skills including Mail Merge
* Experienced with Visio
* Experienced HR Administratror
