Digital Learning Contractor

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Learning & Development team on a 12 Month FTC basis as our Digital Learning Contractor. The Digital Learning Contractor will update and maintain our suite of digital learning content across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for: The design and implementation of digital learning solutions. Maintaining and updating existing online training material as directed or requested by the Digital Learning Manager, key stakeholders and/or HR Teams. The creation of captivating digital content to be utilised in our online learning solutions; including but not limited to video, animation, illustrations, graphics and the effective use of layout and typography. Ensuring all material created/updated is aligned to company brand guidelines and business objectives. Considering the end user experience (both operational and non-operational audiences) ensuring that our in-house learning platform and associated content is engaging and easy to access. To be successful in this role you will require the following Qualifications: A qualification up to Bachelors degree level in a design, digital or multimedia related field and/or evidence of equivalent industry experience is an advantage but not essential Knowledge & Experience: Creative mind set Proven technical expertise and experience using creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar. Experience in design and creation of digital learning solutions specifically e-module authoring and video creation Experience with rapid authoring tools for creative production such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline and Vyond Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of working with LMS and/or Learning Experience Platforms Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of online learning technologies Technical & People Skills: IT and creative skillset essential Quick to learn and evaluate new technologies Organised and process driven Able to work at pace to meet tight deadlines Quality driven and self-motivated who maintains a high standard of performance Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail Communication skills - both verbal and written
