deverellsmith is working in partnership with a well established organisation within the build to rent sector. You will be a signifciant memeber of the operational function of a successful scheme in London. Main Objectives: To be the primary, customer facing representative for all current and prospective residents, ensuring that they enjoy an exemplary experience from first enquiry to move-in, and on to an enduring and sustained residency experience thereafter To listen, to challenge and be ready to change the things that raise expectations and set new living standards, working collaboratively with the wider team To meet set Budgeted targets for occupancy and revenue Regularly inspect both occupied and vacant properties to ensure these are being maintained to the required standard and any breaches or maintenance issues are proactively raised and validated. This includes service inspections and snagging of completed works.
