Current Opportunity - Business Development Manager/ Account Manager

ProDrivers is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager. Our driver-centric business model allows us to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers positioning them to be a partner in business. A sales background in transportation services, or customer service, a plus but NOT REQUIRED. Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Schedule: 8 AM- 5 PM
  • $65,000- $70,000 Annual Salary plus a monthly commission structure
  • Medical & Dental available
  • Holiday Pay
  • Vacation Pay

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to secure new business with prospects and existing clients
  • Cold Calling in order to create interest in ProDrivers Services, as well as generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Ability to overcome objectives
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking
  • Own the relationship with the client- Drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/ escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand the business.
  • Learn, understand and follow policies and regulations
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage your time
  • Handle scheduling needs from clients
  • Ability to respond in a timely, positive, and creative manner

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be a self-starter (require minimal supervision), very organized and detail-oriented
  • Must have the ability and the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
  • Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional
  • Must be a proficient communicator and listener
  • Must present a professional image
  • Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills
  • Must be computer literate with a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
  • Must have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strategic Planning Skills
  • Must be able to build a Market by finding new business and growing existing clients
  • Budget and Projection Skills are a plus
