Full Stack Web Developer

Full Stack Web Developer

Propulsion Labs is a low-profile, profitable, “behind the scenes” technology racehorse that is looking for a highly motivated individual to take their career to the next level. If your HTML/CSS is top notch but also want to get involved with backend bits and have 3-7 years of experience, you might have what it takes to be our next Full Stack Web Developer.

As an ideal candidate, you just love what you do - to the point where it doesn't even feel like work. You thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where there is always something new and interesting to learn. You ‘re comfortable maintaining a high level of productivity and are not easily railroaded by business changes or client drama. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you'll most likely have full responsibility to deliver a project end to end – and will reap the rewards of a job well done.

You’ll report directly to our President and CTO, who has over 25 years of experience leading technology projects for clients such as The Home Depot, Gymboree, Network Solutions, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Men’s Wearhouse, Crate & Barrel, Schick and many others.

If you have what it takes, you’ll be awarded a great job with awesome benefits including full medical, dental, life insurance, disability, paid holidays, and vacation shortly after you start. We’re a laid-back team and dress is casual, of course. You'll work out of our brand-new office (which is almost finished) walking distance from historic Downtown Plano, TX. We’re a small team and you’ll be given every opportunity to make a difference and succeed.

Depending on the success of the company, we throw in a bunch of other special perks like team outings, stocked kitchen with sodas, coffee, and an occasional free massage – just for doing your job. Once you’ve been with us 1 year, we’ll add 401k with matching employer contributions.
