Job Description

Resound Networks is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and hardworking individual with a background in the telecommunication industry.

The Construction Workerager is responsible for daily supervision of crews to complete scopes of work while ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and financial expectations are met for all tower deployments. Daily work items include but are not limited to digging trenches, grounding, cad welding, stacking towers, concrete and foundation work, installation of antenna’s, antenna mounts, microwaves, cables, site audits and maintenance type items.

Responsibilities also include coordinating construction scheduling and associated activities supporting a wireless network. Directly responsible for all aspects of construction and oversight of multiple tower crews, subcontractors, and general contractors, including safety, installation, upgrades, removals, reconfigurations, testing and quality. Knowledge of wireless technology, processes and OSHA and NATE regulations is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct day to day field operations while providing necessary technical and leadership guidance
  • Supervise and train employees
  • Responsible for compliance and implementation of safety policies and procedures
  • Work directly with Project Management concerning project bids, subcontracting, and progress reports
  • Assist in the in coordination and procurement of permits and local inspections where applicable
  • Responsible for company provided tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicle
  • Conduct Site Surveys


  • Prefer 5 years of related wireless experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Current competent climber and rescue certification
  • Rigging experience
  • Experience stacking self-support towers, installing antennas, and microwave dishes
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of organizational and planning abilities
  • Experience managing multiple teams and subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of construction, utility, and wireless industry practices
  • Experience with industry relevant software and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • Experience in managing employees such as hiring, terminating, allocating work, setting schedules, performance reviews, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
