Essential Responsibilities: Manage team that creates enhanced analytic capabilities, identifies insights, and reports findings Act as an analytical "thought partner" to assist in making decisions on pricing and promotion Monitor price position vs. competitors, incrementality of promotions, and performance against stated strategic/financial objectives Build and maintain in-depth knowledge on pricing and promotion performance, competitive strategies, and market trends Guide the development of pricing and promotions tools by working closely with the business teams to identify opportunity areas and recommend future enhancements Lead and execute key projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables Ensure productivity and efficiency by setting goals that meet the needs of the business
Essential Skills / Technologies: Pricing and/or promotion strategic planning experience Expertise in retail data analysis and working with large data sets Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to coordinate between global teams and prioritize resources Experience managing direct reports and/or projects Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Good to Have Skills / Technologies: Merchandising planning and/or category management experience Fluency in one ore more programming languages (SQL, python, etc.)
