Job Overview:

This position reports directly to the Training Lead in the Operations Training group.  The employee in this full-time position would serve as the Cornerstone LMS regional administrator for the U.S. Bulk and On-site business located in Burr Ridge, IL.  The employee in this position would be responsible for the overall administration of the Cornerstone LMS including data integrity, activity creation and editing, report management, assignments, issues, and user training.  The Administrator would interact extensively with the Operating Segment Administrator, Local Administrators, Training Coordinators and users and serve as the focal point to troubleshoot issues. This Administrator would also assist with coordinating the LTOP program. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with transition from SumTotal to Cornerstone
  • Create, test and edit all activity types, assignments, reports and dashboard
  • Work with Local Administrators on LMS use within their assigned content areas
  • Work with Local Administrators, Training Coordinators, and users to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide support for roster entry
  • Monitor LMS usage to identify data integrity issues
  • Work with Ops Training team on needed business-unit documentation
  • Orient new Local Administrators, Training Coordinators, and users
  • Communicate needed information to Local Administrators, Training Coordinators, and users
  • Attend meetings with Operating Segment Admininstrator, Local Administrators, and/or Training Coordinators as required
  • Assist with LTOP program coordination

Job Requirements:


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in revelant areas
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including orientating others
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work, and work independently
  • Excellent data management skills including  data testing, resolution, and communication
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams plus a high level of competence with MS Excel
  • Some travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LMS experience (preferably Cornerstone)
