Currently looking for Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Lathe, and Horizontal Mill Machinist. 

5 years minimum experience running large parts holding tolerances to +/- .001” with critical surface finishes Ability to setup operations safely and efficiently without supervision using both hydraulic and manual chucks Ability to verify setups and operations using dial indicators, micrometers, balls, gages and other inspection equipment Experience in cutting tool selection and problem solving when production issues arise Knowledge of reading, understanding and troubleshooting CNC programs and component drawings Experience setting up and troubleshooting steady rests and tailstocks Highly dependable with a desire to make a difference and become a key player in our development Desirable: Experience in cutting internal and external threads, dovetail and API ring grooves Experience machining Oil & Gas components with Inconel 625 clad material Experience using Fanuc controls Ability to analyze machining operations and offer suggestions on improvement Experience working in an environment using large overhead cranes
