Position Summary: is seeking a passionate data savvy Web Analytics & Optimization Manager to join the Marketing Analytics team. In this role you will dive into web analytics & clickstream data as well as offline data to ascertain performance and uncover opportunities for site experience optimization. You will be responsible for identifying, measuring and monitoring key performance indictors and will develop data driven recommendations that drive positive business outcomes. You will also enable stakeholders with actionable, insightful measurement and performance reporting & analysis. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a wide range of site analytics & A/B Testing tools like Google Analytics & Google Optimize. They will also have a robust mix of technical and communication skills as well as strong data storytelling and data visualization abilities. The Web Analytics Manager will collaborate with other Marketing Analytics team members as well as with other groups within the organization including UI/UX, Channel & Brand Managers and IT.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Google Analytics 360 reporting and analysis – create recurring reports, dashboards, alerts; identify trends, opportunities and challenges
•Measurement lead within an Agile framework for A/B testing for Media Channels as well as on site experience
•Subject matter expert on design of experiments including test structure, sequencing, definition of primary and secondary success metrics, and experiment duration calculation
•Configure and use website analytics and testing platforms to measure performance of experiments
•Document A/B test outcomes, report progress and communicate results and recommendations to larger team and key stakeholders on a regular basis

General Responsibilities:
•Track and analyze KPIs to study user behavior and provide feedback on website performance
•Identify traffic trends by channel and audience, user experience issues and opportunities for improving site conversion
•Design, prepare and present all required reporting and dashboards for cross functional teams which may include weekly and monthly reporting as well as recap of promotional activity
•Leverage site and audience data to draw insights, develop hypotheses and proactively recommend testing opportunities
•Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve and measure project success. Provide opportunity analyses, measurement plans, tracking requirements and dashboards
•Web Analytics & Optimization Special projects – support long term projects that enhance and facilitate tracking and reporting improvements such as easier data extraction, new reporting capabilities, deeper insights, and integrations between GA360, Google Optimize and other data sources
