Creative Digital Systems Integration, Inc. is a small business and a leader in digital beamforming technologies. We develop ground-breaking 'first-of-its-kind' products that have ranged from complete phased-array antenna systems to radar and EW calibration tools, with application modeling, and data visualization.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Project Manager to lead and support our Telemetry/EW and Radar digital beamforming projects.

You must be a team player with experience in Architecture, Design, Integration, Analysis and Test of RF Systems, and be technically conversant in a wide variety of topics involving Signal Processing, Electrical, RF, mechanical and software functional principles.

Hiring a go getter Project Manager who will be required to simultaneously manage 3 6 projects in the area of advanced antenna design and implementation.

Overall responsibility: Manage the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, closure and documentation of each project, consistent with AS9100D standards. Provide weekly internal reports. Provide monthly reports for customer.

General Accountabilities

  • Organizes the individuals and subcontractors necessary to complete the job and coordinates all schedules.
  • Ensures that the project moves forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
  • Evaluates, recommends and implements procedures for data acquisition, management and quality control.
  • Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by project staff.
  • Must be an effective delegator using risk-based decision-making.
  • Plans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events to promote project visibility.
  • Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.
  • Conducts final inspections and reports for the project.
  • Lead meetings with customers

  • Will be in charge of full schedule of system, interaction with clients, defining tasks, defining key elements

  • Work with new projects that are being developed specifications not well defined at beginning comfortable with ambiguity
  • Go getter delegate and manage projects we have on hand and not be afraid to speak up if facing difficulties

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (ideally in a related technical field, engineering background)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years managing multiple high-tech projects, telemetry, antennas
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket desired
  • Experience with Gov Contracts
