SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for creating a positive impression and delivering exceptional customer service to North Risk's clients and visitors. The Office Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) role will provide internal support by ensuring adequate office supplies, sorting mail, transferring calls, and executing other ad hoc projects as needed based on the office location and other departmental needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the office receptionist, fulfilling the following related duties:
  • welcoming and directing visitors,
  • relaying incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes, and emails to the appropriate people,
  • processing all incoming and outgoing mail,
  • order and coordinate catering for meetings and events,
  • set-up the conference room and training room for meetings and events,
  • clean and wipe down the reception area as needed, and
  • perform additional miscellaneous office duties.
  • Serve as the primary building contact for maintenance, fire drills, tornado drills, and building updates.
  • Coordinate with courier services for pick-up and drop-off of packages.
  • Monitor the inventory of office supplies and beverages, order and restock as necessary.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to order flowers for an employee family funeral.
  • Update facility signage for front doors, kitchen, and the general office area.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the team with execution of projects including but not limited to; creating marketing materials, preparing proposals, event coordination, and other general client-related support.
  • Assist with processing client information as necessary.
  • Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.
.Requirements:

Education, Experience and Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in administrative assistant or receptionist role preferred but not required.
