Role Summary

As IDOC's Associate Data Analyst, you love to create and improve processes, definitions, workflows and provide order to efforts that result in tangible outcomes. You enjoy data entry and providing structure to processes. You gravitate toward diving into the analysis and finding what factors truly make a difference, (ex. uncovering the best lead generation levers that result in faster and higher quality independent owners to join IDOC membership). You will report to Director of Data Insights.

Responsibilities

Data Entry

• Data Entry - Collect and input leads, assist with opportunity research, assist with compiling prospect leads as result of sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the various IDOC departments to support workflow strategies and communicate changes to any processes.
• Identify opportunities to utilize data-driven insights to optimize prospecting efforts.
• Support monthly vendor data upload into internal database for Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Includes follow-up reporting and building 'next-action' process.

Database Maintenance

• Data Management - continuously monitor data inputs from various data sources (CRM, Vendor, etc).
• Maintain performance and health of data used across multiple communication channels. This includes workflow builds, personalized/dynamic content modules, list hygiene, and deliverability.
• Support lead gen efforts to grow available data and assist with data migration between systems, as well as checking for data quality / integrity.
• Identify quality assurance opportunities and develop corresponding documentation/processes to ensure operational excellence.
• All other responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned.

Data Insights

• Support various ad hoc reporting requests: Gathering requirements, collecting appropriate data, building appropriate output, iterating with key stakeholders

• 1-3 years working with data
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products to include Outlook, Excel
• Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau is preferred
• MS SQL knowledge is preferred
• CRM (HubSpot) knowledge is preferred
• Cross-functional thinker, able to collaborate with teams
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, strong decision-making ability, and excellent attention to detail
• Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment
