As the Business Lead for the SAP S/4 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation of the transformation project, you will help deliver the technology that will enable CRL’s sales and operations planning driving supply chain standardization, network and inventory optimization, forecasting and demand planning initiatives.  You will collaborate closely with the CRL Leadership and digital IT partners to articulate and develop the IBP vision and goals.

Post implementation you will be expected to take on the Senior Manager IBP role in the supply chain organization driving the strategic commercial and operational excellence initiatives of CRL.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with CRL leadership, IT and Operations teams to define sales and operations planning strategies, demand and forecasting models and planning, inventory planning and optimization, and network optimization, evaluating needs and areas for improvement
• Participate in the deployment of the IBP platform
• Define, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of the processes and changes implemented
• Create quality documentation (Business Process documents, process flows,  policies and procedures, etc.)
• Participate in implementation and support initiatives
• Develop project QA (Quality Assurance) strategy and implement testing scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Test Automation, Security and Performance Testing
• Partner in developing and implementing the roll out strategy

Education/Experience:

• 7+ years' experience in planning, supply chain, or operations leadership role
• Bachelor of Science or Arts in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, MBA preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered. APICS certification preferred.
• Business experience in implementing S&OP and demand management
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic supply, network and/or inventory optimization initiatives
• Knowledge and experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management processes
