IT Project Manager

This role will support defining and driving the strategy for the Urology Division.  They will be part of the UroPH IT Commercial organization reporting to the UroPH IT Divisional Director. They will interact with IT central CoEs (Digital, SAP, others) and will be the focal point for the UroPH Commercial Team.


Knowledge And Skills

  • Solid experience as an IT Business Partner (strong business acumen) supporting commercial organizations - preferably in the Healthcare sector
  • Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills with proven track record of effectively communicating actionable insights
  • Knowledge of CPQ (configure, price, quote)
  • Experience working with Agile projects
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (critical), Marketing Cloud (desired), Service Cloud(desired) and solid experience in previous implementations
  • Ability to effectively coordinate, allocate, and manage resources and projects throughout multiple teams
  • Knowledge of SAP (R3, ECC 6.0, HANA or S/4)
  • Desirable: previous experience with e-Commerce implementations (SAP Hybris or other)
  • Experienced in enterprise level Salesforce implementations (preferably in healthcare)
  • Strong leadership skills (clear direction, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation)
  • Proven track record meeting project deadlines
  • Experience with guiding and improving Agile development practices
  • Manage the team’s delivery against the release timelines, flagging risks and issues when they arise; proactively identify and work to remove blockers identified during development
  • Facilitate requirements consulting, shaping and gathering for complex applications by working with stakeholder clients and development team lead for the creation, analysis and elaboration of high-quality user stories to guide development and QA
  • Experience working with or on an enterprise service provider application team
  • Ability to quickly grasp, discuss, and communicate technically complex requirements, in particular security-related concepts
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to effectively drive resolution of issues and roadblocks
  • Highly motivated and proactive to ensure the success of the team



  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or related fields; master’s preferred
  • 7+ years in an IT project management role
  • Experience with project
