Dart Container is in the market for a detail organized, experienced professional to assist with:

  • Development and implementation of tax planning strategies
  • Acquisitions, Dispositions and/or Merger Plans
  • Understanding/Documenting the application of applicable tax laws
  • Working on a wide variety of complex tax issues (deferral, international, and state) impacting the company and the Dart family
  • Analysis of proposed and executed transactions for tax compliance reporting intricacies 

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal Tax Planning Analyst candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, an emphasis in Accounting preferred 
  • Certified Public Accountant or Juris Doctorate degree
  • Licensed to practice as a CPA or in law in one of the fifty states
  • Three (3) years of post-education tax experience 
  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport 

The ideal Sr Tax Planning Analyst candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree, an emphasis in Accounting preferred 
  • Certified Public Accountant or Juris Doctorate Degree 
  • Licensed to practice as a CPA or in law in one of fifty states 
  • Four (4) years of post-education tax experience 
  • Experience with S Corps and consolidated C tax laws
  • Familiarity with common non-recognition provisions of the Internal Revenue Code
  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestic and internationally 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport
