The Marketing Manager – In-store fulfillment will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans for Voila Curbside Pickup. They will work with a cross functional team of internal and external/agency partners to activate across all channels.

Job Description

•    Build customer acquisition and retention plans for curbside pickup, using insights to fuel creative solutions incorporating analytical expertise to optimize performance and drive ROI.
•    Accountable for delivering target order volume and manages marketing performance, quickly adjusting plans as needed to meet business goals
•    Collaborate and proactively engage with internal Voila and National Sobeys teams to execute marketing plan and ensure alignment
•    Design, plan, proof and execute best in-class marketing campaigns for our curbside pickup business
•    Ensure consistent digital communication to consumers through marketing plans/programs in all internal and external marketing initiatives
•    Manage creation of timelines for work processes in preparation for regional launches and campaigns
•    Budget and Forecast: Responsible for budget management across channels and geographies to meet performance and business goals

Job Requirements

•    A minimum of 5 to 8 years Marketing experience in ecommerce 
•    Undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Economics, Applied Statistics or other quantitative field (MA or MBA preferred) 
•    Significant experience managing direct response marketing budgets and customer retention programs
•    Unparalleled analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations
•    Experience leading in a matrixed environment
•    Fluency in web analytics tools, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, digital marketing platforms (e.g., google, FB)
•    Understanding of how content marketing, PR, e-mail marketing and social media interact and drive overarching business objectives and customer experience design goals
