Greysilver, a leading Australian law firm, is seeking a Lawyer to join its Banking & Finance team in Melbourne. The role covers corporate finance, property and construction finance, asset finance, fund work, PPSA advisory, and cross-border matters, with exposure to sophisticated clients.
You will draft and negotiate finance documents, advise lenders and borrowers, handle PPSA registrations, and collaborate with Insolvency, Property, and Corporate teams.
