Kitchen Logistics Supervisor: Dynamic Event Kitchen Leader

ICC Sydney is seeking an experienced Kitchen Logistics Supervisor to lead the day-to-day kitchen stewarding operations for world-class events. You will oversee rostering, staff development and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across multiple sections.

You will work with Senior Supervisors to manage labour costs, equipment, and training, while maintaining consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences at our iconic Darling Harbour venue.
