Rutronik Racing is seeking a motivated Workshop & Equipment Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Remchingen, Germany. This role blends technical and organizational duties to ensure the workshop, equipment and infrastructure are fully prepared to support the team, while also contributing to the smooth execution of racing activities.
You will attend race weekends to support operations and ensure efficiency at both circuit and workshop.
