You will lead the delivery of a £15m refurbishment and building services upgrade in a prestigious, occupied building, coordinating M&E upgrades, sprinkler installation and extensive temporary works.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will drive programme, quality and safety in a live environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
