Dynamic Catering Manager — Lead High-Volume On-Site Ops

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a 19-person team across two cafés and multiple outlets at a high-volume site serving around 2,500 employees. The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on quality and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have contract catering experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of food preparation.
