Jaguar Land Rover in Solihull seeks a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to join the BIW Reliability Department. You will drive reliability growth across BIW operations and work with key stakeholders to sustain high Technical Availability.

You will analyse MTTR/MTBF data, implement reliability plans, and develop Condition Based Monitoring and Predictive strategies for manufacturing systems, ensuring PM schedules are followed. A Kaizen-minded engineer excels here.
