Walsall Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Adult Social Care East Locality Team. The role supports the Team Manager, supervises staff, and drives practice improvement aligned with legislation and Social Work England standards.
The successful candidate will hold AMHP, BIA or Practice Educator qualifications and lead reflective supervision, mentoring and development for a small team, with opportunities for continued professional growth within the council.
