Business Support Coordinator - Aquaculture & ASC
Location:
Scotland (Hybrid)Join LRQA's Seafood Assurance team and support the delivery of ASC and aquaculture certification programmes across Scotland and internationally.This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual with experience in administration, operations, project coordination or customer service. You will work closely with clients, auditors and technical teams to coordinate audits, manage certification records and help ensure the smooth delivery of assurance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ASC and aquaculture audits
- Support clients, auditors and technical reviewers
- Manage certification records and documentation
- Monitor audit schedules and programme timelines
- Prepare reports and client communications
- Assist with operational and administrative activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Interest in seafood, aquaculture, sustainability or assurance is desirable
