MONY Group is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead lifecycle and loyalty initiatives across its membership propositions. You will translate customer insights into data-led journeys, collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive engagement, retention and lifetime value.
You will own end-to-end CRM delivery, develop test-and-learn programmes, and champion a customer-first approach across email, push and in-app messages to maximise member value.
