EL/PL Litigation Executive - From Denial to Settlement

Simpson Millar Solicitors is seeking an experienced EL/PL solicitor to manage a litigated caseload from denial to settlement or trial within a busy, forward-thinking firm.

You will read and apply the LPU Litigation Policy, prepare disclosure applications, gather medical evidence, and draft schedules of loss while meeting KPIs and billing targets. The role involves negotiation with defendants’ solicitors and thorough trial preparation.
