Red Chilli Recruitment is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Manager to lead and oversee a busy machining function within a highly technical engineering and manufacturing environment in Southampton.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong practical experience in a machine shop, team management and a solid understanding of CNC machining, procurement and external manufacturing.
The role is on-site, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £65,000 per annum.
